Sergei Kovalev

Sergei Kovalev is a seasoned software development engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Pexip since April 2019, Sergei has previously held the position of Principal Software Development Engineer at Dell EMC for nearly nine years. In this role, responsibilities included designing and implementing a Multi-Core Cache driver for the VNXe storage system and developing network management software. Prior to Dell EMC, Sergei worked as a Software Developer (Escalation Engineer) at Quest Software, where complex customer issues were resolved, and critical bug fixes were performed. Sergei holds a Master’s Degree in Computing Machines, Complexes, Systems, and Networks from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University and an Engineer’s Degree in Technological Processes from St.Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation.
