Henrik Holmgaard

Henrik Holmgaard is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at PFA since September 2016, Henrik oversees critical initiatives including the Security Improvement Program and the MitID implementation. Prior roles include Release Train Engineer under SAFe methodology and leadership positions at FDC, CSC, and Codan, with a focus on development, customer management, and Agile transformations. A graduate of The Leadership Company with a degree in Executive Coaching, Henrik also possesses a strong technical background, having worked in system development and project management since the 1990s.
