Jenni Pusila

Jenni Pusila is an experienced project manager with a strong background in wood technology and process management. Currently serving as a Project Manager for further processing at Pfeifer Group since April 2019, Jenni focuses on technical project management. Previous roles include Junior Process Manager, where work involved standardization, digitization, and automation of operating data acquisition, and sales at Conform Badmöbel GmbH, overseeing order processes and SAP-based handling. Jenni has also gained experience in quality management as a trainee at Binderholz GmbH, where laboratory work on glulam products was completed, and held positions in business operation and research and development early in the career. Academically, Jenni holds a Master's degree in Wood Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Wood Science and Wood Products from Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences and Lahti University of Applied Sciences, complemented by vocational training in carpentry.
