Joao Ferrari

Joao Ferrari is a Network Support Engineer at PFH Technology Group since May 2021, responsible for monitoring devices on Datto and ScienceLogic and creating tickets on ServiceNow. Prior to this, Joao served as a Level 1 IT Support Engineer, assisting with a system transition during HSE’s cyber attack in 2021 and providing support to users across Ireland. Joao's experience includes roles as a Store Assistant at Aldi Ireland, Customer Service at McDonald's, and Customer Relations Specialist at Proagua, where responsibilities included client relationship management and business needs assessment. Joao also completed internships at Yamana Gold Inc. and LOCUS Planejamento e Assessoria, focusing on mining engineering and environmental reporting. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia and studies in Cloud Computing and Computer Programming at St Johns Central College.
