Mark Cavanagh

Mark Cavanagh is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure integration and end-user support. Currently serving as an IT Infrastructure Business Integrator at PFH Technology Group since August 2017, Mark is based onsite at Eli Lilly Cork. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions including IT End User Support Manager at Twitter, where management of a support team and oversight of EMEA operations were key responsibilities. Mark also served as IT Helpdesk Support Lead at Facebook, improving support practices across multiple regions. Additional experiences include support roles at Air New Zealand, the University of Sydney, and Apple, each focusing on enhancing user experience and technical support. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Software Development from Waterford Institute of Technology, earned in 2004.
