Anne Kennedy Dotson

Anne Kennedy Dotson is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in communications, recruitment marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Head of Global Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand and Head of Global Onboarding, Colleague Experience at Pfizer since March 2020, Anne has extensive leadership experience. Previously, Anne was the Principal at Anne Kennedy Communications (2018-2020) and co-founded Buckley K, a successful women's lifestyle resort wear brand recognized globally. Additional roles include Senior Associate at Accenture and Director of Communications at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri. Anne's educational credentials include an EMBARK degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an M.A. in Global Communications from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. in Communications from the University of San Diego.
