Cristine Watrous has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the US HCP Marketing Lead for the RSV Maternal Vaccine at Pfizer since July 2006, where core engagement strategies and promotional campaigns were developed for the launch of the first maternal RSV vaccine. Previously held various leadership roles at Pfizer, including Global Marketing Director for PCV20 and overseeing marketing strategies for Prevnar, resulting in significant protection efforts for adult populations. Additional experience includes cross-functional leadership in commercial strategy and market shaping for Prevnar and ensuring compliance with global congress strategies. Earlier career roles included operational and analytical leadership at organizations such as Pennsylvania Surplus Lines Association, Philabundance, and consultancy positions at Accenture. Cristine holds a BS in Psychology and French from Saint Joseph's University.
