Steven Hoodack

Steven Hoodack has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and sales industry. Steven is currently employed as the Director of Group Sales at PGA National Resort, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Sales at the same company from April 2021 to May 2022.

Before joining PGA National Resort, Steven worked as a National Account Sales Executive at the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) from September 2020 to April 2021.

From 2009 to 2020, Steven held the position of Director of Group Sales at Marriott Hotels. Steven was responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing a team of group sales managers. Steven received awards such as Leader of the Quarter in 2018 and 2019, as well as the Sales Special Achievement Team Award for the Eastern Region in 2019.

Prior to their role at Marriott Hotels, Steven worked as the Director of National Accounts at Boca Raton Resort, The Waldorf Astoria Collection, from March 2006 to February 2009. During their tenure, they effectively managed accounts, generated new business, and exceeded room night and revenue goals.

Steven also gained experience at Hilton as a Senior Sales Manager from March 2005 to February 2006, and at The Waldorf=Astoria as a Senior Sales Manager from December 1999 to February 2005. In these roles, they were responsible for securing and managing key accounts, improving customer loyalty, and building a strong network of clients.

From 1990 to 1992, Steven Hoodack pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Florida International University.
