Amy Davies

Amy Davies is the current Director of Strategic Operations and Growth at PGC. Amy has a wealth of experience in operational and strategic sales leadership, having previously worked as Group Sales Director at Optionis Group for six years. In their current role, they are responsible for the commercial, operational and strategic direction of the business. Over the course of their 20-year career, they have become an expert in employing workers on behalf of clients and rapidly deploying them anywhere in the USA and Canada. Davies is a strong leader with a commitment to their team’s success. Under their guidance, PGC has become a leading North American Employer of Record.

Amy Davies attended Liverpool John Moores University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a BA (Hons) in Tourism and Leisure. The degree program provided a solid foundation in management and business studies, as well as the social sciences, to prepare for a career within the tourism and leisure industries. The degree is now nationally ranked in the top 10%, having jumped 23 places up the league table (Sunday Times Good University Guide).
