Agnieszka Reszczyk ( Nowak)

Agnieszka Reszczyk (Nowak) has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as a General Ledger Manager at PGE Energia Ciepła S.A. since November 2010, where oversight includes managing a team of 14 finance professionals and supervising the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Polish GAAP. Previously, Agnieszka held various roles at Shell Polska Sp. z o.o. from December 2006 to October 2010, contributing to the transition of activities to a Finance Shared Service Unit and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Educational qualifications include a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Reporting according to IAS and IFRS, a Master's degree in Marketing and Management with a focus on Accountancy, and a Bachelor's degree in Economy with a specialty in Management of Real Estates, all obtained from Cracow University of Economics.
