Charlie Zha is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in program management, entrepreneurship, and product development. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Charlie leads the development of guidelines and standards for Large Language Models (LLMs) and has authored various innovative AI projects. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of D-Uni US, Inc., Charlie founded a software-defined data infrastructure company that achieved significant revenue growth within its first year. Other notable roles include Partner at Seabed LLC, Product Management Consultant at VMware, and co-founder of ChinaaXess Corp, where Charlie focused on market expansion strategies.
