Josue Martinez, PE, PMP, Lean-6σ, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Project Governance at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since February 2003. Josue has held various leadership roles including Senior Manager of Substation Engineering and Director of Transmission & Substation Engineering, successfully overseeing engineering projects with budgets exceeding $1 billion, focusing on wildfire risk prevention, and managing large teams. Additionally, Josue is the Chief Operating Officer at MCEcheckin, dedicated to innovating paperless registration processes. Josue began the career as an Engineering Assistant at the California Department of Water Resources and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
