Matt Hayes

Matt Hayes serves as Vice President, Enterprise Health & Safety, and Chief Safety Officer responsible for overseeing the company's regional safety model, safety culture, developing and maintaining safety standards, implementing PG&E's Safety Excellence Management System, and developing programs for contractor safety, occupational safety and health, and transportation safety. Additionally, Hayes oversees the company's employee training programs.

Hayes earned a Bachelor and Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, and a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California.
