Richard Aardema

Richard Aardema is an experienced Scrum Master currently employed at PGGM since April 2022, with a prior tenure at ANVA from February 2011 to April 2022, where Richard held various roles including Scrum Master and Software Engineer. Additionally, Richard served as a Senior Software Developer at Belastingdienst from August 2006 to October 2010 and worked as a Software Developer at ABN AMRO Bank from June 2001 to July 2006, alongside a brief stint at Sogyo in the same role. Richard holds a degree in Organic Chemistry from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, completed from 1993 to 1999, and attended Christelijk Lyceum Veenendaal from 1988 to 1992.
