Zahra Sokoot

Zahra Sokoot is a seasoned professional in quantitative analysis and investment analytics, currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at PGGM since April 2020, where contributions include roles as both a Quantitative Analyst and Lead Quantitative Analyst in the LRE department. Prior to PGGM, Zahra worked as an AI Researcher and Data Scientist at the Digital Society School, focusing on developing solutions for safer online environments by addressing abuse detection, training conversational agents, and monitoring online harassment, all aligned with several Sustainable Development Goals. Earlier experience includes a role as a Quantitative Research Analyst at Allameh Tabataba'i University. Zahra holds a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from Allameh Tabataba'i University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics from Payame Noor University of Tehran.
