James Averette

James Averette is a seasoned maintenance technician with extensive experience in various manufacturing settings. Currently serving as a Multi Craft Maintenance Tech at PGI Steel since July 2023, James has previously held senior roles including Sr. Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Team Lead at Lear Corporation from February 2020 to July 2023. Additional experience includes maintenance and robotics at KamTek Magna International and positions at BORGERS LIMITED, Brose Group, and Faurecia, where expertise in PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding was developed. James also coordinated maintenance activities at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, demonstrating leadership in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
