Philip Vlieghe

Philip Vlieghe has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Philip currently holds the position of Principal in the Client Advisory Group at PGIM Fixed Income, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PGIM Fixed Income as the Principal of EMEA Client Advisory from November 2011 to June 2020.

Before joining PGIM Fixed Income, Philip worked at Vanguard Investments Europe sa as the Head of Institutional Sales and Relationship Management from February 2002 to March 2011. Philip also had experience as a Project Manager at ING Index Funds Management Ltd from September 1997 to January 2002 and at ING Investment Management from February 1997 to September 1997.

Furthermore, Philip gained experience in Fund Administration at ABN AMRO Luxembourg Investment Management from September 1994 to January 1997, and in Custody and Fund Accounting at State Street Bank Luxembourg from September 1993 to September 1994.

Philip Vlieghe completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Electro-mechanics from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende in 1990. Prior to that, they studied at Sint-Amands College Kortrijk and acquired a degree in Humaniora in 1986. In 1991, they pursued a Diplôme en Administration d'Entreprises from Université catholique de Louvain. Later, they attended Cornell University in 1992-1993, where they obtained an MBA.
