Anandha Padmanabhan has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Anandha started their career as an Industrial Trainee at Citibank India in 2002. Anandha then worked as an Audit Executive at M/s Sridhar & Santhanam, Chartered Accountants from 2004 to 2005. Following that, they joined ICICI Bank as an Executive Trainee for a brief period in 2005. In 2006, they joined the National Stock Exchange of India Limited as a Senior Executive Officer and worked there until 2009. During this time, they gained experience in equity research and analysis as an Equity Research Analyst at Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited from 2009 to 2018. Anandha then joined Renaissance Investment Managers as a Senior Investment Analyst from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of AVP - Research at PGIM India Mutual Fund, and they will assume the role of Vice President starting from April 2023.
Anandha Padmanabhan holds a range of educational qualifications in different fields. Anandha successfully obtained a CFA Charter Holder designation from the CFA Institute in the USA, specializing in Investment Management, completing this program from 2005 to 2007. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree in Commerce from Podar College of Commerce and Economics, completing their studies from 1999 to 2002. Anandha also pursued a degree in Accountancy, achieving an ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India which lasted from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they demonstrated an interest in Risk Management by studying for an FRM degree from GARP in the USA from 2010 to 2011.
