Reessha Chughh

Reessha Chughh serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at PGIM India Mutual Fund since October 2023. Prior to this role, Reessha held the position of Head of Human Resources at Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund from March 2022 to September 2023 and at Baroda Mutual Fund from January 2016 to March 2022. Reessha began their career in Human Resources at JM Financial as a Senior Analyst from August 2007 to November 2011 and progressed through various HR roles at Equifax and Ma Foi. Reessha's early career included a position as Sales Coordinator at Bharti Airtel Limited. Educational qualifications include a BSc. in Information Technology from National College and an SSC from Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Vidyalaya.
