Jim Donzi

Jim Donzi is an experienced professional in project management and strategic initiatives with a career spanning multiple leadership roles in renowned financial organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at PGIM since January 2022, Jim previously held the position of Director of Project Management for Life Insurance at Prudential Financial, where responsibilities included innovating strategies and developing financial forecasts for high-profile projects. Jim's background also includes a role as Director of Strategic Initiatives for International Insurance at Prudential, focusing on business growth across nine markets, and leading M&A projects as a Project Manager. Earlier in the career, Jim contributed to PGIM in financial reporting operations and started in customer service with New York Life Investments. Jim holds an MBA in Finance and Global Management from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from The College of New Jersey.
