John Capodici

John Capodici, CPA, CGMA, is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Director of Strategic Financial Advisory and Controls at PGIM since September 2022. Capodici's prior experience includes roles at the New York Power Authority as Senior Manager overseeing Cost and Plant Accounting and Accounts Payable and Accounting. Responsibilities included leading teams, enhancing financial reporting, and implementing efficient payment processes. Previously, Capodici held various positions at PGIM, starting from Accounting Specialist to Director of Financial Reporting, where achievements included winning the US Businesses’ CFO team award for technological advancements and significant improvements in closing time and reporting automation. Capodici began professional career at KPMG US as an Audit Senior Associate. Capodici holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers Business School and a BA in Psychology from Montclair State University.
