Chloe Tiley

Chloe Tiley is an experienced professional in workforce planning and change, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at PGL Beyond since November 2022, where the focus is on shaping a positive organizational culture. Prior to this role, Chloe held multiple positions at PGL Travel from January 2018 to November 2022, including General Manager and Centre Operations Manager, and worked as Customer Support Manager at Jubilee Sailing Trust from June 2017 to January 2018. Starting at PGL Travel as Facilities Manager in July 2010, Chloe progressed to General Manager and Centre Manager over the following seven years.
