Melissa Pitz

Melissa Pitz is a seasoned professional in the field of hydrogeology and environmental science, currently serving as a Senior Hydrogeologist at PGL Environmental Consultants since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Environmental Scientist at Matrix Solutions Inc. from May 2019 to September 2023, and previous positions as Hydrogeologist at Clifton Associates Ltd. and Consultant at SRK Consulting. Melissa's career began as a Project Geologist at Clifton Associates Ltd. and included a tenure as a Chemical/Metallurgical Technician at Cameco Corporation. With a strong academic foundation, Melissa holds a Master of Science in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Saskatchewan, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2007, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma and Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution.
