Delilah Poon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement, operations, and marketing. Currently serving as an Employee Experience Specialist and Operations Specialist at Phaidra since March 2022, Delilah previously held positions such as Marketing Lead at Arc'teryx Equipment and Social Strategist/Placemaker at Crescent Heights Village BIA. Notable achievements include initiating a placemaking project promoting diversity and successfully securing grants for related initiatives. Delilah's experience extends to roles at Ruckify, Datopian, and the City of Calgary, where various community-focused programs and operational strategies were developed and implemented.
