Polly Lin has extensive work experience in the biotech and biosciences industry. Polly currently holds the position of Vice President at Phalanx Biotech Group since January 2022. Following their undergraduate studies, Polly enrolled at National Tsing Hua University from 2001 to 2003. Polly pursued a Master of Science degree in Life Sciences from the Department of Life Sciences.

Polly continued their academic journey at National Tsing Hua University from 2004 to 2010, where they attained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree. Their Ph.D. program was in the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology.
