Connor Glass, MD began their career as an Operations Supervisor at the Texas Christian University Campus Recreation Center, where they oversaw all operations and employees within various departments. Connor then served as an Emergency Room Scribe at PhysAssist Scribes, Inc. In 2017, Dr. Glass founded and served as the CEO of Medic until 2020. Connor then joined The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine as a Research Fellow, focusing on peripheral nerve injury, advanced neuromuscular microsurgery, and human-machine interfacing in surgical animal models. In 2020, Dr. Glass founded Phantom.

Connor Glass, MD began their education journey in 2012 at Tarrant County College, where they pursued a degree in EMT-Basic and specialized in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). From 2011 to 2015, they attended Texas Christian University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General. Subsequently, in 2016, Connor enrolled at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, where they pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, completing their studies in 2021. During this time, they gained expertise in a variety of medical fields. In 2019, Connor Glass embarked on a Research Fellowship program at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, focusing on Plastic Surgery and Neuroengineering. Their fellowship concluded in 2021, marking the completion of their latest educational endeavor.
