John MEARS

John MEARS currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Chief of Staff at PhantomBuster, where responsibilities include overseeing all awareness, acquisition, and conversion initiatives. Under John's leadership, the marketing team has been rebuilt, resulting in a significant business growth of over 50%. Prior to joining PhantomBuster in December 2021, John was part of the founding team and served as COO at Havr, a Series A startup established in 2017. John is pursuing a degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University and holds a 1st Class BA Hons in Theology from the University of Chester, along with a Scientific Baccalaureate from Lycée Gambetta in France.
