Kênia da C. do Carmo has extensive experience in packaging development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Packaging Development Supervisor at Pharlab Indústria Farmacêutica S.A. since October 2018, Kênia oversees team development and implements feedback mechanisms, along with managing activity schedules and key performance indicators. Prior roles include Senior Packaging Development Analyst at Pharlab, where Kênia focused on designing new packaging, optimizing production processes, and creating artwork specifications. Previously, at Hipolabor Farmacêutica Ltda, Kênia held the position of Packaging Development Assistant, involved in various packaging material development tasks and ISO documentation. Earlier experience at Globo Pharma as Validation Administrative Assistant encompassed supplier qualification, training, and internal communication projects. Kênia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, an MBA in Packaging Development, and complemented education with technical training in Accounting and Graphic Design.
