Amir Dekel

Amir Dekel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the skincare and cosmetics industry. As the Owner of Pharma Cosmetics Laboratories Ltd. since January 2013, Amir specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of professional skin care products utilizing advanced technology. In addition, Amir serves as the CEO of HL, a brand known for a diverse range of skincare solutions, and as President of NEOVA SmartSkinCare, which focuses on innovative products targeting DNA damage and skin aging. Previously, Amir held the position of President at JEAN D'ESTREES and worked at Amdocs from March 2003 to January 2010 as a Project Manager in SharePoint Development and Information Architect.
