Paul Kammann

Paul is a highly motivated and accomplished financial executive with a proven track record of successfully managing financial organizations. He has the demonstrated ability to direct financial operations from the developmental phase through high growth to financial stability. Paul is also a proven leader in developing partnerships with, and advising executive teams to drive operational excellence and financial success.

Prior to PharmaPoint, Paul served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for SynergEyes, Inc., a mid-stage healthcare device company that develops, manufactures and markets a unique hybrid contact lens. He successfully managed finances during growth from $6 to $20 million revenue run rate, raised and closed $13 million in Series C ventures equity financing to support growth, and secured $5 million venture debt financing with term loan and line of credit reserve.

Before joining SynergEyes, Paul served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and CFO for Kinetikos Medical, Inc., an international company that develops, manufactures and markets innovative orthopedic implants and surgical devices. He was responsible for all finance and operations, managing a sale to Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (IART) for $40 million, resulting in a 20% ROI to shareholders.

Paul graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Maryland. He also attended UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School, where he completed advance courses in finance and mergers and acquisitions.
