Yashira M. Santiago

Yashira M. Santiago has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Pharma-Bio Serv since August 2011, where responsibilities include supporting various HR functions and administering the 401K retirement plan. Prior to this role, Yashira worked as a Human Resources Clerk, managing personnel records and employee information. Yashira's career began at Encanto Restaurants from November 2005 to July 2010 as a Shift Supervisor, overseeing a staff of more than 20, managing budgets, controlling inventory, and preparing financial and disciplinary reports. Yashira holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus, earned between 2007 and 2012.
