Ville Kerminen

Ville Kerminen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ville started their career in 2008 as a Web Developer and AD-assistant at SEK PRO Oy in Pori. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as a Programmer at Norstat Finland, and then transitioned to Accountor HR Solutions Oy, where they held the positions of Software Developer and Software Architect from 2016 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Cybercom Group and Knowit as a Senior Software Developer. Currently, they are employed at Pharmaca Health Intelligence, where they serve as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead.

Ville Kerminen completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology at Satakunta University of Applied Sciences starting in 2009. Before their university studies, they obtained a vocational qualification in business information technology from Pori Vocational College / Porin ammattiopisto between 2006 and 2009. In addition to their formal education, Ville has obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Azure Cosmos DB Developer Specialty, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, and Azure Developer Associate. Ville also participated in the Microsoft Security Cloud Week Technical program.
