Jeff Layton

Jeff Layton is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as the IT ServiceDesk Supervisor at PharmaCord since September 2020. In this role, Jeff supervises IT personnel, manages service desk metrics, supports compliance requirements, and develops training manuals. Previous positions include IT Senior Support Services Technician and Desktop Technician II at US WorldMeds, where Jeff handled technical support tickets and connectivity issues. As the Owner and Operator of LayFam Tech Services, Jeff provides computer support, while also co-owning LayFam Events, LLC, which focuses on community building through events.
