Craig Niesen

Craig Niesen has a diverse work history that spans several years. Craig started their own business, Craig Niesen Photography, in 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Wholesale Alliance d/b/a Pharmacy First as Vice President, Systems & Security from 2008 onwards. In this role, they were responsible for planning and implementing the company's first hot site and business continuity plan. Craig also led the planning and deployment of the company's virtualization environment based on the Citrix XenServer environment. Before that, they were a Product Support Engineer at Weather Metrics, Inc. from 2007-2008 where they developed custom configuration VBScripts and created a series of VBScripts that allowed for remote software deployment and scheduling of processes. Craig started their career as a Computer Operator at Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems in 2001 and worked there until 2007. In this role, they ran first, second and third shift jobs, helped compile night operations notes, and created AIX scripts to perform tasks that aided in the event of a power failure to all systems in the building.

Craig Niesen completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts at Park University from 1995 to 1999. Craig also attained a certificate in Cisco Academy from Metropolitan Community Colleges in 2004 and 2005. Later on, they pursued Masters of Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2006 to 2007. Lastly, they obtained a Certificate in Photography from Kansas City Art Institute between 2013 and 2016.
