Paul Nowka

Paul Nowka is an experienced professional in biotechnology with a diverse background in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Projektmanager at Pharmaplan (TTP Group) since August 2019, Paul has also held positions as Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, and Process Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Paul contributed to research and development at Ölmühle Solling, focusing on DHA product development. Academic experience includes a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Technische Universität Braunschweig, where a master's thesis involved enhancing productivity through mechanical stress on *Lechevalieria aerocolonigenes*. Earlier academic work includes a bachelor’s degree from Fachhochschule Darmstadt, with notable project work concerning the inactivation of bacterial endospores in dairy products.
