Narayan Swami

Narayan Swami is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and oil & gas sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pharmarack since March 2024, Narayan's prior roles include Vice President Human Resources at Corona Remedies Pvt Ltd. and Dorf Ketal, where responsibilities encompassed global HR strategies. Previously, Narayan has held significant positions in renowned organizations such as Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Panacea Biotec Ltd, Piramal Group, and Schering Pharmaceuticals, demonstrating a strong background in HR and organizational development. Narayan holds an MBA in Human Resources from Welingkar Institute of Management, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
