Henry Tang

Mr. Henry Tang is Vice President of Legal Affairs. He joined Pharmaron in 2017 as a General Counsel. He began his law practice since obtaining bar admission of the People’s Republic of China in 1989 and Registered FLC of State Bar of California, USA in 2009; and working at Shooklin & Bok LLP as a Partner and Registered Foreign Lawyer of AGC, Singapore in 2011. He was honored as a ‘Distinguished Lawyer’ 2002 in Jiangsu, China.

Before joining Pharmaron, Mr. Tang served as Director of Overseas Legal Affairs in a top listed group corporation with multiple industries, handling the full scope of overseas legal management and the matters of FDI, M&A, bond issuance and dispute solutions etc.

Henry Tang graduated from Law Department of Nanjing University with LLB in Business Law and Suzhou University with LLM diploma in International Business Law, and also was a visiting scholar in School of Law IUPUI (Indianapolis), USA.
