Anita Sarad

Anita Sarad has over 17 years of work experience. Anita is currently the Head of Commercial BHR at Pharmavite since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Abbott as the Director of Human Resources from October 2018 to October 2021. Before that, they served as an Assistant Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. from July 2014 to October 2018. Their responsibilities at Oaktree included managing HR operations, strategic workforce planning, and talent management. Anita also worked as a Division Human Resource Manager at Parker Hannifin from December 2008 to May 2014, where they played a key role in increasing the ROS and led union negotiations. Earlier in their career, Anita held positions such as Employee Relations Manager at JBL Professional and Manager Benefits at Hilton Hotels Worldwide.
