Rylan Delap

Rylan Delap is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering project management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Project Manager at Pharmavite since January 2023, Rylan has previously held positions such as Executive Director and founder of the Auburn Fencing Club, where all business systems and development decisions are managed. Rylan's background includes roles as a Certified Referee Instructor with the US Fencing Association and Southeast Chairman of the US Fencing Coaches Association, contributing to educational and professional development in fencing. Previous experience encompasses quality control at Hyundai MOBIS, engineering consultancy at Creative-Concepts, outside sales engineering at Graybar, and project design engineering at Pucker Powder. Rylan's academic credentials include an Engineer’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
