Uttam Vaghasiya (He/Him)

Uttam Vaghasiya has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. In 2019, they started working at Lupos Biotechnology Inc as an Extraction Technician, where they stayed until June 2020. Following that, they joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Process Operator from June 2020 to January 2021. In 2021, Uttam joined Entegris as a Chemist I and worked there until May 2022. Currently, they are a Consultant specializing in Validation & Process Engineering at PharmEng Technology, starting from May 2022.

Uttam Vaghasiya completed a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Windsor from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, Chandkheda, Gandhinagar, from 2012 to 2016. Uttam has also pursued additional certifications including a Data Science Training Program from agileittech in April 2022, an Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning course from LinkedIn in January 2022, a Six Sigma Foundations course from LinkedIn in February 2021, a 5S Workplace Productivity course from LinkedIn in January 2021, an Operational Excellence Foundations course from LinkedIn in January 2021, a Six Sigma: Green Belt course from LinkedIn in January 2021, and a Standard First Aid, CPR and AED certification from the Canadian Red Cross in July 2019.
