Mehul Mehta, also known as Micky, has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology. From November 2004 to August 2006, they joined Altera as a Member of Technical Staff, contributing to WiMAX (IEEE 802.16d, 802.16e) physical layer reference design and customer engagements.
Throughout their career, Mehul Mehta has demonstrated their expertise in wireless technologies, system-level design, modem design, and DSP algorithms. Mehul has also made significant contributions to industry standardization and has multiple patents in their name.
Mehul Mehta, also known as Micky, pursued their education with a strong focus on Wireless Communications and Electronics. Mehul commenced their academic journey in 1991 at the University of Southampton, where they pursued a BEng (Hons) degree in Electronics. Mehul completed their undergraduate studies in 1994. Eager to further explore their interests, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Ph.D. in Wireless Communications, successfully concluding their doctoral studies in 1998. The University of Southampton played a pivotal role in shaping Mehul's educational background, equipping him with expertise in these two fundamental fields.
