Roberto Guglielmi

Roberto Guglielmi has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Roberto currently holds the position of Head of Marketing and Business Development at Pharrowtech since December 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at RADWIN for a significant duration starting from August 2014 until December 2022. During their tenure at RADWIN, they held various roles, including Director of Product Strategy and Director of Business Development. As Director of Product Strategy, they were responsible for defining the product strategy for Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), Mobile, and Private Networks. Roberto also led market and business analyses to meet company goals and provided recommendations on M&A opportunities for inorganic growth. As Director of Business Development, Roberto Guglielmi led several strategic programs and initiatives, including the development and rollout of 60 GHz Mesh, TVWS, and Small Cell NLoS Backhaul solutions. Roberto also played a crucial role in coordinating with different departments within the company for successful solution launches. Additionally, they were involved in establishing reselling agreements with major telecom companies like Nokia and Ericsson, resulting in several joint projects. Roberto was also an active member and contributor to ETSI mWT Industry Study Group.

Before joining RADWIN, Roberto Guglielmi gained valuable experience at Alcatel-Lucent. Roberto served as a Product Manager, where they led the introduction of the first millimeter wave (mmW) product into the microwave portfolio. Roberto managed cross-functional stakeholders and global OEM partnerships with multiple wireless vendors. Additionally, they served as a Software Team Leader, leading a team of engineers split between Italy and India, and as a Senior Software Engineer, developing embedded software for routers and switches.

Roberto Guglielmi began their career at Ericsson as a Radio Frequency Engineer for a brief period.

Roberto Guglielmi obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the Università degli Studi di Milano, completing their education in the year 2000.
