Sophie Allard

Sophie Allard is an experienced professional in the wine industry and animal sciences, currently serving as a Laboratory Technician at PHASE 2 CELLARS, LLC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie worked as a Wine Educator at Linne Calodo from May 2021 to July 2023, and gained valuable experience as a Student Employee at Cal Poly Creamery from September 2019 to June 2021.
