Marilyn Summers possesses extensive experience in quality assurance, governance, and HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance and Governance at Phase 3 since April 2017, Marilyn is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing accreditations, internal audits, and key performance indicators. Prior roles include Customer Success Manager, Business Development Manager, and Consultancy Services Manager at Phase 3, where Marilyn focused on delivering exceptional consultancy services throughout project life-cycles. Previous experience includes serving as the HR Development & Payroll Services Manager and Policy, Performance and Change Manager at City of York Council, overseeing payroll and HR transformation initiatives. Additionally, Marilyn held the position of Senior Performance Manager at Leeds City Council, leading the development of the Performance Management Framework. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Management from York College and an A.A.T in Accountancy from Selby College.
