Aisling Brennan

Aisling Brennan has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Product Management at Phase Change Solutions, Inc. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the Global Mining Product Manager for Solvay, where they managed product portfolios for Mining Business - Alumina, Industrial Minerals and MEP product lines totaling ~$200M annual revenue, supported business strategy and developed plans to mitigate risks, worked closely with R&I teams and procurement to develop new formulations, managed pricing across the business, and setup new manufacturing facilities in China, UAE and Kazakhstan. From 2014 to 2016, they were part of the Leadership Development Program at Cytec Solvay Group. In 2013, they were a Research Assistant at Villanova University and a Quality Control Lab Assistant - Intern at Johnson & Johnson.

Aisling Brennan attended Villanova University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
