Govi V. Rao

Govi V. Rao has had a long and impressive career in the business world. Govi is currently the CEO of Phase Change Solutions, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO of Noveda Technologies from 2010 to 2018. Before that, they were the Chairman and CEO of Lighting Science Group Corporation from 2007 to 2009. Rao also spent six years at Philips Lighting, where they served as Vice President and General Manager of Solid State Lighting, North America from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their work in the private sector, Rao has also served as an Operating Advisor for Pegasus Capital from 2007 to 2010.
