Jennifer Shaal

Jennifer Shaal has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Jennifer began their career in 1997 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Bottomline Technologies, where they developed unit test objectives and system-wide test plans for strategic products, launched end-to-end testing of new Cash Reporting and Funds Transfer Software, and defined and recorded results discovered during all cycles of testing. Jennifer then moved on to become a Production Support Manager at Bottomline Technologies, where they had oversight for key accounts, managed and delivered custom banking operations Software, and managed client's software production issues. In 2001, they joined SWIFT as a Commercial Account Manager, where they developed and managed relationships and accounts for large/medium sized brokerages, banks and investment managers, provided strong cross-functional relationship management with internal client teams to facilitate high-volume financial communications, and consistently achieved targeted sales objectives for SWIFT’s financial communications services. In 2004, they joined The Kabbalah Centre, where they served as a Kabbalah Coach & Mentors’ Manager, mentored and developed team and staff to provide high-quality services, developed and implemented training program for 50 advancing mentors, and served in customer-facing role presenting instruction and lessons to student mentors. Jennifer also served as an Operations Manager, managing a team of 20 direct reports, overseeing day to day administrative affairs, nurturing engagement with students, improving retention and attendance by 20%, and creating and implementing lectures, services, classes, events, and retreats for hundreds of students monthly. In 2016, they co-founded 3Paces, a web design company, where they were responsible for operations and increased revenues by +35% YoY. Jennifer designed wireframes for desktop web applications and mobile apps using UXPIN, and had oversight of UI & UX design to create engaging user-friendly products. In 2019, they joined Palantir.net as a Senior Project Manager and is currently in the same role at Phase2, which they joined in 2022.

Jennifer Shaal attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1993 to 1997 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Business.
