Nidheesh Balachandran

Nidheesh Balachandran has a diversified work experience in UI development. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Junior UI developer at Cloudnet Technologies, where they created graphics, designed websites, and developed front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. In 2014, they joined Phases as an Associate UI Developer, where they gained experience in various digital projects. From 2017 to 2019, Nidheesh served as a Senior UI Developer at Phases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality UI components, and ensuring design standards. Currently, they hold the role of Project Lead - UI at Phases, leading the front-end team for different projects.

Nidheesh Balachandran obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Nehru Arts and Science College from 2008 to 2011. Before that, they completed their secondary education at J.J.M.M.H.S.S Yendayar, also in the field of Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, Nidheesh has acquired various qualifications from LinkedIn, such as Agile Project Leadership, Angular Essential Training, CSS: Design Systems and Architectures, Developing Assertive Leadership, Leadership Mindsets, Learning ECMAScript 6+ (ES6+), Learning Functional Programming with JavaScript ES6+, Learning React.js, React: React Router, and React: Working with APIs. Nidheesh has also obtained Umbraco Certified Accessibility certification from Umbraco. Furthermore, Nidheesh completed a Post Graduate Program in IT (PGPIT) from NIIT Limited, but the exact timeframe of this program is unknown.
