Pietro Marino

Pietro Marino has extensive work experience in the field of data science and research. Pietro currently holds the position of Senior Data Scientist at PhAST, where they have been working since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Data Scientist at the same company from February 2020 to January 2022. Before joining PhAST, they worked as an Associate Researcher at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from June 2017 to January 2020. Pietro also gained experience as an Associate Scientist at INFN from 2012 to 2017 and as a Cooperation Associate Scientist at CERN in 2015. Furthermore, they worked as a Summer Research Student at Fermilab in 2011.

Pietro Marino's education history starts in 2007 when they enrolled at Università di Pisa to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Physics. Pietro studied there until 2010. After completing their Bachelor's degree, Pietro continued their academic journey at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Physics between 2010 and 2012. Following their Master's degree, they further pursued higher education and joined Scuola Normale Superiore in 2012 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Pietro graduated from Scuola Normale Superiore in 2017 with a PhD in Physics.
