Molly Henderson

Molly Henderson is the former Chief Financial Officer of UroGen Pharma, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on building novel treatments for specialty cancers and urologic diseases. She has over 20 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Ms. Henderson serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Audit Committee of Calliditas Therapeutics AB. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Advaxis, Inc., Chief Financial Officer of Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. (formerly Lion Biotechnologies, Inc.), and prior to then, the Chief Business and Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of VirtualScopics, Inc.

Ms. Henderson earned her MBA and MS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
